Four friends look for ways to beat the summer heat!
At the end of the school year I was scrounging around the library for summer and beach-themed books and I found I didn't have too many. I found this one at Scholastic and it was a fun read. The fact that AR puts it at a reading level of 1.2 made it a must buy as I am always looking for books for my youngest readers that are interesting and fun.
This is a great book for summer reading. It is clever and interesting while using simple language for young readers. Would be a great addition to a K-2 classroom as well as school libraries.
