MONDAY: Diary of a Baby Wombat

Summary
Baby Wombat keeps a diary of a week in his life. Every day starts with him asleep with his momma. But Baby gets bored and goes out to explore, making a new friend in the process.

Review
Illustrations in this one are priceless. Momma's facial expressions are especially fun. This is such a cute book and the pictures will make you want a wombat of your very own.

MONDAY: Horace the Horrible

This is a sweet story about a big, burly knight and his small, lonely niece. She wants her daddy, but Horace wants to fight dragons and save damsels in distress. Can they find common ground?

I really enjoyed this story. Just look at that cover! The art drew me in when I saw it at the library and I had to know what happens between the towering knight and confident little girl.
