TUESDAY: Stormbreaker: The Graphic Novel by Anthony Horowitz and Antony Johnston

Summary
Alex Rider discovers his uncle, the man who raised him, was actually a spy who was killed on a mission. Now Alex has been drawn into the same mission, even though he is just a teenager. Could he have any better luck than his uncle?

Review
I read the novel several years ago, and picked up this graphic novel because many of my sixth grade students have read the novels. I was pleased with this graphic novel - it was a quick read, easy to follow. It doesn't have the depth or detail of the full story, but I think it would be a great book for fans of the series as well as an introduction for younger students or reluctant readers.

4 out of 5 stars
