Willow is a sweet, quiet girl who whispers when she speaks. Often she misses out on things because others don't hear her. But one day, Willow finds her voice and discovers the advantages of being heard.
I loved Willow's evolution in this book. There were great examples of things that Willow missed out on because no one could hear her when she stated what she wanted or needed. And Willow discovered within herself the power to be heard.
Sweet story, simple and clear illustrations. Could be great for discussions with children about when quiet is okay and when it's important to speak up.
