My list of new releases for November is smaller than I usually have. I hope that doesn't mean I am going to miss something!
Here is what I have on my list:
To Catch a Leaf by Kate Collins (cozy mystery, latest in Flower Shop series) - 11/1
Dangerous Alterations by Elizabeth Lynn Casey (cozy mystery, latest in Southern Sewing Circle series) - 11/1
Death, Taxes and a French Manicure by Diane Kelly (looks like the first in a new mystery series, second book due out in February 2012) - 11/1
Well-Offed in Vermont by Amy Patricia Meade (first in a new mystery series) - 11/8 [but Amazon is showing it for sale now]
The Challenge of Samukai by Greg Farshtey (first graphic novel from the LEGO NinjaGo story line) - 11/8
If I find any other new things coming out in November (other than the last Harry Potter movie coming out on the 11th), I'll pass it along.
I am a lover of books; I can't get enough of them. Come check out my recommendations for readers of all ages! I hope you find some new reading treasures for you and your family here. Three star books are good, four star books are great, five star books are outstanding. In general, if I didn't like it, I don't even blog about it. Recommendations are based on my personal opinions, and cautions are listed for the sake of sensitive and/or younger readers.

Waiting on Wednesday - Coming Soon for February 2010
One of the ways I keep track of books is with a small notebook that fits in my purse. In it, I track books from favorite authors that are coming out later in the year. Each page is for a different month. Here are some of the books I am waiting for in February 2010.
The Kate Collins and Kate Carlisle books are part of series I already read and enjoy. The other three are either new books, or the latest book in a series I want to check out. It's interesting to me that all of these are mysteries. I have been trying to get back into my mystery reading mode lately, and I am glad to be back to them. Mysteries and books for kids are my favorite things to read.
